The William and Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review is
a student-run legal journal that publishes tri-annually. It is
devoted to the discussion of the legal and policy aspects of
environmental, land use, natural resources, endangered species,
and related issues. In addition, each issue of the Review contains
one or more outstanding student notes, and each volume includes
a summary of the most recent Fourth Circuit decisions that have
a significant impact on environmental law.
