VisasAll students must satisfy the United States governmental requirements for admission into the United States and for permission to remain in the United States for the necessary duration of study for the LL.M. degree. An admitted international student will normally come to the United States on an F-1 student visa or J-1 exchange visitor visa. Instructions will be included in admission packets about how to obtain a certificate of eligibility (I-20 or DS-2019) from William and Mary to present at a U.S. embassy or consulate. Information on the I-20 and DS-2019 issuance process is also available at www.wm.edu/revescenter/iss. Further information of interest to international students can be found here: International Student Services (will launch in a new window).
