Campus Housing at the Graduate Complex

The College offers apartment-style housing to graduate students. The Graduate Complex, located next to the Law School, is made up of two-, three-, and four- bedroom apartments overlooking a central courtyard. Each student has a private bedroom, telephone number and voicemail. The apartments are furnished and air-conditioned; all have outside entrances, kitchens, one or two bathrooms, and living/dining areas. All utilities, including telephone, cable TV, and high-speed Internet access, are included in the rent. Rent each semester ranges from $2563 per student for three- and four-bedroom apartments to $2613 per student for two-bedroom apartments.

The Gradplex is available for all students enrolled in William & Mary's graduate programs and approximately 20 percent of the Law School student body lives there.  In addition to being very convenient to the Law School, the Gradplex is a short walk from Colonial Williamsburg and a Williamsburg bus stop is located at the entrance.

For more detailed information about the Gradplex, including floor plans, room rates, amenities and additional photographs, please visit the graduate housing section of the William & Mary Residence Life website.

Off-Campus HousingOff-Campus Housing

In addition to campus housing, Williamsburg offers many off-campus housing options. The local newspapers, The Daily Press and The Virginia Gazette, list ads from Williamsburg area realty companies that may be of help in your housing search. The undergraduate College's Student Information Network also maintains a website that helps students find local landlords who have apartments, houses or condominiums for rent.
