- Loan Repayment Assistance
William & Mary School of Law’s Loan Repayment Assistance Program assists graduates, beginning with the Class of 2004, entering public service employment. Assistance is in the form of annual interest-bearing loans which are forgiven if the recipient satisfies all program requirements and remains in qualifying employment.
For more information see: W&M Loan Repayment Assistance and Loan Repayment Assistance Application (PDF File)
Current recipients of William & Mary LRAP funding may use the LRAP Recertification Form (PDF File)
In September 2007, the federal College Cost Reduction and Access Act of 2007 was enacted. That legislation provides expanded loan repayment assistance for graduates in qualifying public service employment. Public service employment under this federal law is not limited to federal government work. The CCRAA also creates income-based loan repayment for “high debt/low income” borrowers, even if they are not in public service employment. The CCRAA is independent of William & Mary School of Law’s LRAP. For an overview and additional information, see http://www.equaljusticeworks.org/node/215

Reciprocity Policy (PDF File)
Many law schools provide reasonable access to their career resources for graduates from William & Mary School of Law, and the Office of Career Services (OCS) makes its resources available to students and graduates of other law schools on a limited basis. Each law school has its own reciprocity requirements, and these requirements can be found at the National Association for Law Placement's Web site at (http://www.nalp.org/content/index.php?pid=94). To obtain reciprocity from another law school, first determine that school's reciprocity policy and then complete the OCS Request for Reciprocity form which can be found on Blackboard in OCS Resources for Graduates. Submit your completed form to the OCS Career Services Coordinator so that OCS can request reciprocity on your behalf. Once we receive written confirmation of the reciprocity grant, we will forward that confirmation to you.
- Transcripts
Graduates can order official and unofficial transcripts directly from the College of William & Mary University Registrar.
