Employees that complete the COV Knowledge Center course will return a completion certificate to you to receive the program materials. Once you have received all of the forms, please contact your CommonHealth Regional Coordinator to order the program materials. The Sharpening Your Brain course will be available on the COV Knowledge Center until March 31, 2008. Thank you.

Did you forget to attend the Sharpening Your Brain program offered by CommonHealth at your agency?You have another chance to improve your brainpower by participating in the Commonwealth of Virginia Knowledge Center. When you participate, you will view a short video. Once you have watched the video, you can print off the completion form and give it to your CommonHealth Agency Coordinator to receive a Sharpening Your Brain booklet and a lanyard with a mini-sharpie. Remember, a sharper brain is just a few clicks away!

Get started now:

  1. Access the Knowledge Center at https://covkc.virginia.gov. Note: If your agency has its own Knowledge Center site, please access that site.
  2. Enter your Login ID and Password in the appropriate fields, and then click the Submit button. The Knowledge Center Home Page opens. Note: If you have not yet registered in the Knowledge Center, please do so. Detailed instructions for registering in the Knowledge Center can be found on the DHRM Web site at: http://www.dhrm.virginia.gov/training/courses/lmsinstructions.html.
  3. Select the Learning Center > Course Information & Enrollment option.
  4. Enter CommonHealth in the Keywords field and click the Search button.
  5. Click the CommonHealth –Sharpening Your Brain course name. The course description opens.
  6. Click the Take Course button. The course menu opens, allowing you to select the video and print a certificate of completion. The course will take approximately 7 minutes to complete.

Classes are opened to all employees and dependents over 18. Classes are ongoing. Download registration form at www.commonhealthva.com. Click on Agency Tool Box to the left of the screen. Next, click on Commonhealth Participant and then Fitness Class Registration (PDF). You must print the form and mail it to the address listed.
