The National Center for Homeless Education developed this series of briefs and handbooks in response to the 2005 Gulf Coast hurricanes. Each handbook in the series targets information to either parents of displaced children, relief agencies, or educators and describes how the McKinney-Vento Act can help them. Titles are :
