New Insurance Information

Health Insurance Coverage

The College of William and Mary requires all full-time students admitted Fall 2006 or after to be covered by adequate health insurance coverage throughout the school year.  The College has contracted with a student health plan that can provide coverage at an affordable price. Unless you have existing health coverage and submit a waiver request that is subsequently approved, you will be enrolled in this plan and have the cost added to your student account.  For more information about the requirement, waiver process or the insurance plan, click on the Insurance link on the upper right column.

New Insurance Coordinator

If you have questions or need assistance with the W&M sponsored student health insurance plan, please contact Trista Sikes, the Student Insurance Coordinator, directly by phone, 221-2978 or by email, trsike@wm.edu, or you can drop by the Student Health Center Monday and Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
