• Brown Bag Lecture Series: Informal & Lively Discussions of Earthly Importance: held each Friday at 12 noon, McGlothlin-Street 230.
• Guest Lecturers: Geologists from academia and business share their experience and research findings, variably scheduled throughout the spring.
• Field Trips: Real world classrooms where students can apply their knowledge.
