The Receivables & Collections department is responsible for the disbursement and collection of Perkins Loans, and Student Emergency Loans; the collection of delinquent Library Fines, Health Center Bills, Sorority/Fraternity charges, and Tuition charges; approving employee Travel Advances; and reconciling the College’s bank accounts.
