The Cashiering department is responsible for receipting and depositing funds for the College and VIMS in a manner consistent with the guidelines established by the State Treasurer's Office and the Code of Virginia.

The Cashiering department is also responsible for disbursements of cash, salary and travel advances issued by the Payroll and Disbursements departments.

The Cashiering department at the College of William & Mary is on the ground floor of Blow Memorial Hall, which is on Richmond Road. Our hours of operation are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
