  1. Amendments
    1. Amendments to the Honor Code: Amendments to the Honor Code should be approved by the Undergraduate student body in a referendum on a date set by the Elections Committee.
    2. Amendments to the Bylaws
      1. Amendments may be raised by any sitting Council member at the weekly business meeting. The amendment will then be referred to the Rules Committee for debate, discussion, and drafting, if they deem the amendment appropriate by a majority vote.
      2. The draft amendment as reported by the Rules Committee should be debated and discussed at the next weekly business meeting.  The amendment may be modified by the Council by a majority vote.  Debate may be closed by the Chair at any time.
      3. An amendment is approved and adopted by a three-fourths (3/4) vote of all the members of the Council.
