Finding quality summer housing in Washington is a challenging
venture -- but William and Mary is here to help!
We provide a limited number of apartments for rent by William
and Mary students on a first come-first served basis at The Buchanan, a
high-rise apartment building in Arlington, Virginia, just outside the
Washington, DC city limits. Whether you are an undergrad or grad student -- are taking W&M Washington Summer Session classes or not -- any W&M student is eligible to live in these apartments.

rolling basis, so apply now!
Students will be selected on a first-come, first-served
basis, based on availability and pending a review of your judicial
records. Students will be notified of selections via email only and
those selected will be asked to submit the following:

apartments.

*Residents of the Buchanan may rent a
parking space in their garage. Please contact Roxane
Adler for more information. (Please note: This is ONLY for
residents - not guests or visitors!)
*Visitors and guests to the Buchanan may
park on the street, as there is some metered parking available, or at
