Membership Information

 

Christopher Wren Association (CWA) does not collect information other than the information members provide to CWA on their Registration Form. 

 

CWA is part of the College of William & Mary; therefore each member’s name and address are part of the William & Mary alumni database.  The College may choose to send to our membership information about ways to support the mission of the College.  Other than our association with the College, CWA will not sell, rent, swap or authorize any third party to use your e-mail address or any information that identifies you without your permission.

CWA e-mail is used to provide news and information about CWA to its membership.  CWA does not use e-mail for marketing or commercial purposes.

Do-Not-Send Request:

            If you no longer wish to receive any e-mail from CWA:

         For either request, give your name and state you no longer wish to receive e-mail from CWA.

 

Note:  this request will stop all e-mail to you from CWA.

Information disclosed in e-mails may not be secure or encrypted and thus may be available to others. It is incumbent upon the person sending the e-mail to use caution when deciding to disclose any personal or confidential information in e-mails.

 

WEB Policy

 

The CWA web site (www.wm.edu/cwa) is used to provide news and information about the Christopher Wren Association.  It is an open web site and does not require a login.  It is updated and controlled by the CWA Co-Executive Directors and the CWA office staff. Christopher Wren posts general information about CWA to inform the membership about courses, catalogs, announcements, and general CWA information, or news from The College that might be of interest to the membership.
