Hotel Negotiation

Are you planning a conference during the academic year (between August and May)? You can still come to Conference Services at the College of William and Mary for assistance. Even though the College's residence halls are occupied during the academic year, Conference Services can arrange hotel room blocks, meeting rooms, meals, special events, and tours for your conference. You tell us what you need and we'll bring your vision to fruition.

The Williamsburg area has a wide variety of hotel accommodations, many within close proximity to the College. You may wish to incorporate a campus tour into your meeting program, have dinner at a Colonial Tavern or restaurant, or take a walk down historic Duke of Gloucester Street. There's always something happening in Williamsburg that can help make your next meeting historic!
