Residence Halls
Campus accommodations are available from late May through the end of July. Guests may stay in one of our residence hall complexes on campus. Residence hall floor plans range from traditional hall-bath layout to the more modern cluster or suite-bath layout and apartment style. William and Mary offers both air-conditioned and non air-conditioned accommodations.
Pricing of campus housing varies depending on facilities requested, air conditioning, linen package, length of stay, and College affiliation. All buildings used for summer conferences are smoke-free.
Sleeping Rooms
Most sleeping rooms in the residence halls are double occupancy, although there are a limited number of single occupancy rooms. Each campus room includes a twin-size bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet for each occupant.
Telecommunications
All rooms are wired for telephone, internet and cable television.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping is provided in common areas only (hall baths, common lounges). Our staff of housekeepers will not enter occupied sleeping rooms or apartments unless special arrangements are made in advance. Conference groups may contract for extra housekeeping.
Linens
Linen packages are available to conference groups utilizing campus accommodations. The package includes bed linens: pillow, pillowcase, sheets, blanket or bedspread, towels, washcloths.
