Latin Teacher (Vacancy Announcements)

•  A private, college-preparatory school in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a middle-school Latin teacher to commence work in August 2008. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in the full life of the school by coaching athletic teams or supervising extracurricular activities. Compensation:  Competitive with local public school salary and benefits. Requirements:  Bachelor's degree with at least a minor in Classics or Latin.  Excellent communication and leadership skills.  Strong academic record.  Teacher certification not required.  Enthusiasm for working with middle-school students is essential!
