Classical Studies Department

Classics Club

The Classics Club meets every Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Morton 340. The group offers free tutoring in Latin and Greek. For more information, e-mail club president CJ Kamp.

 

This past Fall the Classics Club sponsored a lecture by Professor Judith Hallett of the University of Maryland, Forced to Divorce: An Unhappily Un-married Roman Poet and Emperor. The Professor, students, and faculty members shared a wonderful meal at the local Greek restaurant Three Olives.
