Mellon Proposal Format
Provide the following information in NO MORE THAN THREE PAGES. Please submit 12 copies of the proposal to the Charles Center by the appropriate date.
(1) Identify a single project coordinator and list other faculty participants (if any). Please include the department and e-mail address of all participants.(2) Provide a descriptive title and a one-paragraph abstract of the project’s goals and strategies.
(3) Provide a compact narrative description of the project. Include a summary time-line for the project.
(4) Provide your plan, and time-line, for assessing the success of the project. Would you be willing to disseminate what you learn?
(5) Provide an itemized budget request.
