Gregory Licausi
A Senior at the College of William and Mary, Gregory is expected to graduate in May with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. He is currently working on a senior honors thesis titled "Empirical Estimation of Cigarette Demand: A State-Specific Focus" and is coauthoring a paper with Professor William Rodgers titled "Does Contractionary Monetary Policy Have Differential Geographic Impacts?". He is from Kinnelon, NJ and is a member of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity and the Men's Club Lacrosse team.
Emma A. Murray
A Junior at the College of William and Mary, Emma is expected to graduate in May 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics. She is currently researching wage differentials in public and private universities. She is from Roanoke, VA and enjoys tutoring students at local middle schools.
John Holmes
A Senior at the College of William and Mary, John is expected to graduate in December of 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is currently the TA for Professor Rodgers' Econometrics class. In the Spring of 2003, He coathored a paper with Professor William Rodgers entitled, "New Estimations of Within Occupation African American-White Wage Gaps" which has been recently accepted by The Review of Black Political Economy. John is from Reston, VA and is an avid golfer and sports fan.

Rebekah C. Michael
Rebekah is a graduate of the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a minor in History. She is from Mechanicsville, VA and is a member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority.
Braeden J. Peters
Braeden is a graduate of the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Spanish. He completed his senior thesis titled "The Determinants of Right to Work Laws: The Oklahoma Case". He is originally from Wisconsin and enjoys soccer and volunteering.
Kristen Southerland
Also a graduate of the College of William and Mary, Kristen earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. She was captain of the William and Mary Field Hockey team and is a native of Virginia Beach.
Neha Patodia
A Senior at the College of William and Mary, Neha is expected to graduate in May with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. She is currently working on a senior honors thesis titled "Retirement Decisions: Trends in Aging". She is from Calcutta, India and is a member of the board of the South Asian Student Association.
