W&M students and registered alumni, Log in to see who is coming to campus to interview and to browse the postings that employers have sent to us.

EXPERIENCE™ is the software we use to house job postings, to manage on-campus interviewing, and to display the employers coming to our Career Fairs. 

Also found in EXPERIENCE™ is our Alumni Mentor Database which is a group of more than 2000 alums who have volunteered to talk to you about their careers, their employers, and to advise you about where to find jobs and Internships. Note: they have NOT volunteered to OFFER you a job or internship, but they will provide advice and guidance.

If you plan to participate in the on-campus interviewing program, you must first

:: have your résumé formally APPROVED (not just critiqued) by a Career Advisor, and

:: attend an Interviewing Workshop

:: Participate in a Mock Interview

before you will be able to apply for an interview through Experience™.
You can still use Experience™ to browse jobs, internships and Alumni Mentors; you just won't be able to apply for an on-campus interview until you've fulfilled these two requirements.
