Alumni Mentors Network
Alumni Mentor Database – Volunteer as a “mentor” so students can talk with you (e-mail, phone, or in person) about your career, decisions you’ve made, and advice you can offer.  *Please remember that your contact information below will be viewable to students and fellow alumni if you select "Alumni Mentors Network".
Offer an Internship
Internships – Offer an internship to a W&M student during the summer. Engage them in a project or an assignment that has real learning opportunities.
Offer an Externship
Externships – Host a student over Winter or Spring Break at your place of work for 1-5 days, letting them shadow you, interact with others in the environment, and learn more about your career field.
D.C. Mentor
DC Mentoring Program – If you are in the greater metropolitan area, offer to mentor a summer intern, meeting a couple of times for lunch and staying in touch by e-mail throughout the summer.
Recruit on campus
On-campus Recruitment – Talk with your employer about recruiting for new hires at the College through our structured on-campus recruitment program.
List jobs/collect resumes
Job listings and resume referrals – Or, just post a job with us, and we’ll solicit resumes for you to consider.
Wall Street Program
Wall Street Program – Join the growing group of W&M alumni in investment banking in NYC as they participate in the Wall Street Program, a 2 ½ day seminar for juniors in January.
Ferguson Publishing Seminar
Ferguson Publishing Seminar – Support students considering careers in publishing by registering as a mentor in the field.
MetroLink New York

MetroLink NY – Register your firm or organization to participate in a one-day recruiting effort in NYC for students interested in public relations, advertising, retail, publishing, legal assistant positions.
MetroLink D.C.
Metro Link DC – Participate in a one-day recruiting event to interview pre-selected students for jobs in media, government, non-profits, and associations.
Critique resumes
Resume Critiques – Offer to provide resume critiques – on-line or in person – for students about to apply for competitive internships or jobs.
Mock Interviews

Mock Interviews – Volunteer to come to campus to participate in our Mock Interview Program, as we try to prepare our students for the rigors of the competitive interview process.

Career Panels
Career Panels on campus – Let us know if you have interest in visiting campus to talk with students informally or on a career panel.
