Serious enough to break out the headband.
William & Mary’s Sports Clubs are for talented athletes who don’t have the time (or, frankly, the fade-away jumpshot) to play for a varsity team, but crave a level of competition a notch above the intramural program.
Some of the more established Sports Clubs play regular league schedules and tournaments against club teams from nearby colleges and universities. Other Sports Clubs—like yoga, Jiu-Jitsu and ballroom dance—are organized more like classes, with beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
Sports Clubs are open to all students, faculty and staff of the College and are totally managed by club members, from recruitment to administration to fundraising. Check out the full list of active Sports Clubs.
