Conservation Cornerstones: A cool new newsletter
| September 2, 2008I spoke on the phone this morning with Bryan Watts, director of William and Mary's Center for Conservation Biology. We had a little business to discuss, but I also wanted to compliment him and his staff on the inaugural issue of their electronic newsletter, Conservation Cornerstones.
The CCB does tons of important and interesting work with birds. I've written about work that the center does several times and so has the Richmond Times-Dispatch, National Public Radio, the Washington Post and many others.
Check out Conservation Cornerstones here. I hope that their new newsletter won't mean that I'll be doing fewer CCB stories. You can subscribe to receive a synopsis e-mail, with pictures and links to more photos and contents. This is a must for bird lovers and anyone interested in nature.
