- Documents from the University of Groningen -- This site is especially strong in colonial and revolutionary war documents, yet also offers Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I have a dream" speech.

- National Civil Rights Museum -- The National Civil Rights Museum, located at the Lorraine Motel where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was tragically assassinated April 4, 1968, is the world's first and only comprehensive overview of the civil rights movement in exhibit form.

Dance Theatre of Harlem -- Founded in Harlem, New York City, by Arthur Mitchell this group was the first black classical ballet company.
