Core Courses for the Major (at least 10 credits)
  1. WMST 205, Introduction to Women's Studies (4 credits) [offered in the spring semester]
  2. WMST 405, Feminist Theory (3 credits) [offered in the fall semester]
  3. Capstone Research/Activist Experience:
                Choose from the following 3 or 4 credit courses:
  • WMST 480 (Independent Study)
  • WMST 375 (Feminist Research Methods)
  • WMST 498 (Internship)
  • WMST 495-496 (Honors)
  • Senior Seminar (WMST 490 or other)
Core Course for the Minor
