Go to reservations.wm.edu.  Click on the “Browse” link and choose “Browse Events.”

Filter Events
  1. Click on “Filter”
  2. Choose the Date (8/22/2011)
  3. The Facility is Advisors
  4. The room is your name
  5. Click Apply
