Departmental Student Organizations

Several student organizations are part of the Department:

Theatre Students Association

The TSA provides a social, intellectual, and creative outlet for all students interested in Theatre. Events sponsored by TSA have included workshops, speakers, and field trips to see performances.  Members of TSA also become actively involved in all aspects of Main Stage and Second Season productions in the department.

Alpha Psi Omega Honor Society

Alpha Psi Omega is the National Dramatic Honor Fraternity. The Alpha Delta Nu Cast of Alpha Psi Omega is located at The College of William and Mary in Willimasburg, VA and is open to both theatre and dance students.  APO Webpage.

Orchesis dance company

Orchesis is the performance company of the Dance Program at the College of William & Mary.  It has presented dance concerts since 1941 and seeks to bring innovative and exciting concerts of student and faculty choreography to the community.  Orchesis Webpage.

College of William & Mary Patrick Henry Debate Society

The W&M Debate Society meets weekly to develop debating skills, holds public debates open to the W&M community, and participates in intercollegiate debate tournaments.
