This year we are working to incorporate more current NASA STEM education content and activities into our summer science day camps.  These activities are largely online and are highly interactive, fun and entertaining.  Online research may be required and written education plans may be needed.  We will train individuals or groups in proper camper etiquette, educational delivery, and the content.  You will never be alone in the classroom as we have volunteers, Associate Museum Educators, and experienced Museum Educators to assist you.  We always have fun with our campers because if they aren't having fun, all that we are trying to teach is wasted.  Check out our website at www.vasc.org for who we are and brief advertising write ups for the camps.  We have campers from all backgrounds and many ethnicities. We have camps for rising 1st through rising 8th grade students.  Our camps foster team building and spirit often through design and construction for challenge competitions, where everyone is a winner.  Email Swee Hart (shart@vasc.org) if you need further information about the camps and internship.
