promoting active international engagement by the United States. Founded
in 1910, its work is nonpartisan and dedicated to achieving practical
results.
Carter Center
The Carter Center, in partnership with Emory University, is guided by a
fundamental commitment to human rights and the alleviation of human
suffering; it seeks to prevent and resolve conflicts, enhance freedom
and democracy, and improve health.
Center for Strategic and International Studies
For four decades, the Center for Strategic and International Studies
(CSIS) has been dedicated to providing world leaders with strategic
insights on - and policy solutions to - current and emerging global
issues.

DynCorp International is a multifaceted, global enterprise that
provides innovative solutions to the diverse technology and
professional services needs of government and commercial industry
worldwide.
Export-Import Bank
The Export-Import Bank supports the financing of U.S. goods and
services, turning export opportunities into real transactions,
maintaining and creating more U.S. jobs. We assume credit and country
risks the private sector is unable or unwilling to accept.
Food for the Hungry
Food for the Hungry is an international relief and development
organization that answers God's call to meet the physical and spiritual
needs of the poor in more than 26 countries.
International Republican Institute
The International Republican Institute supports the growth of political
and economic freedom, good governance and human rights around the world
by educating people, parties and governments on the values and
practices of democracy.
National Democratic Institute
The National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) is a
nonprofit organization working to strengthen and expand democracy
worldwide. Calling on a global network of volunteer experts, NDI
provides practical assistance to civic and political leaders advancing
democratic values, practices and institutions. NDI works with democrats
in every region of the world to build political and civic
organizations, safeguard elections, and to promote citizen
participation, openness and accountability in government.
Nixon Center
While genuinely non-partisan, as reflected in the composition of its
Board of Directors and Advisory Council, the Center has a philosophy of
an enlightened pursuit of national interest. The specific goal of the
Center is to explore ways of enhancing American security and prosperity
while taking into account the legitimate perspectives of other nations.
Overseas Private Investment Corporation
OPIC helps U.S. businesses invest overseas, fosters economic
development in new and emerging markets, complements the private sector
in managing the risks associated with foreign direct investment, and
supports U.S. foreign policy. By expanding economic development in host
countries, OPIC-supported projects can encourage political stability,
free market reforms and U.S. best practices.

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)
UNDP is the UN's global development network, an organization
advocating for change and connecting countries to knowledge, experience
and resources to help people build a better life.
U.S. Agency for International Development
USAID is an independent federal government agency that receives overall foreign policy guidance from the Secretary of State. Our Work
supports long-term and equitable economic growth and advances U.S.
foreign policy objectives by supporting: economic growth, agriculture
and trade; global health; and democracy, conflict prevention and
humanitarian assistance.
U.S. Department of Commerce
The historic mission of the Department is "to foster, promote, and
develop the foreign and domestic commerce" of the United States.
U.S. Department of State
The Executive Branch and the Congress have constitutional
responsibilities for U.S. foreign policy. Within the Executive Branch,
the Department of State is the lead U.S. foreign affairs agency, and
the Secretary of State is the President's principal foreign policy
adviser. The Department advances U.S. objectives and interests in
shaping a freer, more secure, and more prosperous world through its
primary role in developing and implementing the President's foreign
policy.
U.S. Trade Representative (USTR)
The Office of the United States Trade Representative is
an agency of over 200 people, a highly committed group of professionals
who have decades of specialized experience in trade issues and regions
of the world.
