The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures teaches eight languages encompassing cultural activities across the globe: Arabic Studies, Chinese Studies, French and Francophone Studies, German Studies, Hispanic Studies, Italian Studies, Japanese Studies, and Russian Studies. Students may also minor in Teaching English as a Foreign/Second Language.
