Africana Studies is an interdisciplinary major with a global focus that explores scholarship on the history, cultural traditions, and political and economic circumstances that together define more than 1.2 billion people of African descent. Majors may select one of three tracks: African Studies, African-American Studies, or African-Diaspora Studies.
