Neal received his BA in philosophy from Western Washington University in beautiful Bellingham, WA and then continued his studies at UC Riverside, where he earned his PhD in 2009. His dissertation was on moral luck and moral responsibility, but he has published articles on metaphysics and ethics more broadly, as well as on topics in philosophy of religion.
