Core Course in Public History

The fall semester core course in Public History focuses on the many and varied ways that systematically studied knowledge of the past has been and can be presented in all the different media and formats--ranging from the academic monograph, to movie and video documentaries, to museum interpreters engaging a family on the streets of Williamsburg.

Seats in the core course will be reserved until Collegiate Program students have had an opportunity to register for them. Thereafter, remaining seats in the core course will be available to all William and Mary students.
