Majoring in Neuroscience

The Neuroscience Program offers a B.S. in Neuroscience. Students majoring in Neuroscience usually declare the major in the second semester of their sophomore year or whenever they have completed 39 credits.  It is recommended that declaration occurs before registering for classes for one's junior year, or when 39 credits have been earned.  Contact a NSCI advisor directly or Dr. Porter  (NSCI Coordinator, Psychology) for additional information.

Neuroscience Majors follow the requirements set out in the Undergraduate Catalog for the year in which they declared the major.
