Eugenia Zukerman, FlutistAcclaimed as “one of the finest flutists of our time, renowned worldwide for her elegant sound, lyrical phrasing, brilliant agility and graceful stage presence” (Boston Globe), Eugenia Zukerman has performed with major orchestras and at celebrat­ed music festivals for more than three decades, appearing with such orchestras as the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the English Chamber Orchestra, the Israel Chamber Orchestra, and the National Symphony Orchestra, and at the Aspen Music Festival (CO), Mostly Mozart (NYC), the Ravinia Festival(Chicago), Tanglewood (MA), the Edinburgh Festival (Scotland), the Spo­leto Festival (Italy), and the Yehudi Menuhin Gstaad Festival(Switzerland). Euge­nia Zukerman is currently the Artistic Director of the lauded Bravo! Vail Valley Mu­sic Festival (CO). She has recorded for the Delos, Pro Arte, CBS Masterworks,Vox Cum Laude and Newport Classics labels.
