Sarah Gentry Glosson is a graduate of the College of William and Mary. She has studied early music performance at various workshops such as Orvieto Musica, the Baroque Performance Institute at Oberlin, and the International Baroque Institute at Longy. Ms. Glosson has performed on viola da gamba and baroque 'cello with the Norfolk Chamber Consort, the Governor's Musick, and the Cavalier Consort. She has been the conductor of the Peninsula Youth Orchestra and Orchestra Director at the Appomattox Regional Governor's School for the Arts and Technology in Petersburg, Virginia, where she also taught music history and theory. Ms. Glosson is currently a doctoral student in American Studies at William and Mary with interests in the fields of performance studies, popular culture, material culture, and literature.
