James Monroe Scholars

James Monroe Scholars are the most academically distinguished undergraduates at the College of William and Mary. They represent less than ten percent of the student body.

Monroe Scholars enjoy a range of opportunities suited to their abilities and accomplishments. With members of the College faculty and staff, they participate in the Monroe Lunch series of lectures/discussions, gaining exposure to new and different topics in scholarship, courses, programs and careers. They also have access to various resources and may seek special funding for summer research projects.
