Minor in Hispanic Studies

An academic minor in Hispanic Studies requires a minimum of twenty-one HISP credits chosen from courses taught in Spanish, numbered HISP 208 and above. The Freshman Seminar HISP 150 may also count for the minor. Courses completed for the minor also may satisfy COLL or GRE requirements, but may not be taken on a pass-fail basis.

To declare a Hispanic Studies minor, download the Declaration of Academic Minor Form and have the Coordinator of the Hispanic Studies program sign off on the completed form. You submit the signed form to the Office of the University Registrar, Blow Memorial Hall.
