Lu Lu, Visiting Assistant Professor of Chinese Studies, earned her Ph.D. in Chinese Linguistics from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2017. Dr. Lu’ s research focuses on interface between language and music, phonology, prosody studies, language pedagogy and second-language acquisition. She previously taught at Luther College, Fudan University, and East China Normal University. At William and Mary, her teaching assignment includes elementary Chinese, upper-intermediate Chinese, Chinese for heritage speakers, etc.
