Join Hispanic Studies students and faculty for  "Juegos Florales," an annual poetry reading contest that will take place in Swem's Botetourt Gallery tomorrow, Wed Nov 4th from 6PM - 7:00. The "Juegos" were a competition in the middle ages that was revived in the 19th century and that played an important role in the development of national identities in Cataluña, Euskadi, and Galicia.  This year´s Juegos Florales features poetry from Nicaragua, Spain, Argentina, and Mexico and will be judged by Professors George Greenia, Francie Cate-Arries, and John Riofrío.
