Partnership for Youth Success

The Army PaYS Program expanded in January 2008 to include Cadets from the US Army Cadet Command. ROTC Cadets who will enter the US Army Reserve or Army National Guard after graduating from college and receiving a commission as a Second Lieutenant are eligible for ROTC PaYS.

Each Cadet will have a guaranteed job interview for a specific position with a PaYS partner, provided eligibility criteria are met. Corporations, companies and public sector agencies that have openings for Army Officers with leadership training are eligible to partner with the PaYS Program.
