Planning Your Arrival

Here is some useful information to help you plan and navigate your arrival to the College of William & Mary.

Summer Housing

Check-in from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the main lobby of Jamestown Dorms or 7:00pm.-11:00p.m. in the Duty Office of Jamestown Dorms

If you plan to arrive after 11:00p.m., please contact Randy Chambers at [[rmcham]].

All Summer Research students must be checked out of the residence hall by noon on Saturday, August 4, 2007.

As a condition of summer room occupancy, all students must pay a $50.00 Summer Room Damage Deposit. The Summer Room Damage Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of checkout provided there are no damages to College furnishings and fixtures and/or loss of such furnishings.

Transportation

Ground transportation from:

• Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport
• Richmond International Airport
• Norfolk International Airport

Transportation from the Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport via taxi is estimated at $40 expect to pay more from Richmond and Norfolk. Save all of your receipts and we will reimburse you when your travel is completed.
