Background

Kathryn Floyd is a Ph.D. candidate in Strategic Studies at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University. She received a Master of Arts (War Studies) from King’s College London and a Bachelor of Arts (Government) from William and Mary. Kay’s research primarily looks at issues related to immigrant youth violence and contemporary terrorism. Through her past work with the International Institute for Strategic Studies, Kay has assisted many governments and media outlets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Central Asia, and North America
