Bio
John Fiorini is ABD in Contemporary American History, having completed his comprehensive exams in 2007. He received his BA in History from the University of Mary Washington in 2002 and his MA from William and Mary in 2005. His dissertation, "Deviants of Great Potential," examines how nonfictional and fictional representations of the Leopold-Loeb case have combined to affect popular criminal and sexual typologies since 1924. John is currently working as an adjunct instructor for the College.
