Bio

Anna received her B.A. in history from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.  She spent more than a decade in Richmond, chasing down reluctant readers and foisting literature off onto unsuspecting customers, one paperback at a time.  Her current research interests focus on material culture and the Southern backcountry.  In her free time, Anna’s hard at work adjusting to the humidity and burning off nervous energy in the kitchen.
