On-campus housing is available to graduate students on a first-come-first-service basis in the Lettie Pate Whitehead Evans Residences, otherwise known as the "grad complex." Graduate students who want to keep their apartment during the summer may do so, and will be charged on a prorated basis. The Office of Residence Life assigns apartment-mates to incoming students. Residence Life offers a limited number of unfurnished apartments (2 bedrooms) in Ludwell Apartments for eligible students who are living with spouses and/or children/dependents. Some of the features of these apartments include: college telephone (long distance service at an additional charge), cable TV and internet connection; monthly payment/12 month lease; reasonable prices including utilities; located within undergraduate student area; electric range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher; accessible to the campus and community; coin operated laundry facilities; free college bus service; parking limited and by permit only.
