  •  Last  day to submit application for summer stipend [doc], due by the first Monday in April.  Note: For students taking the doctoral comprehensive examinations in the Spring 2016 this application must include tentative reading lists for your comprehensive examination fields

  • Spring Language Exam
  • Last day for doctoral students in 4th year of graduate study to submit names of dissertation advisers and tentative dissertation topics (with MA year as "first year", then 2nd year is course work, 3rd year, 1st term is course work, 3rd year, 2nd term is comprehensive examination)
  • If the time to complete your dissertation expires between December and May, the deadline to request an extension is on or before April 11th
