All attendees, who wish to attend the catered events (e.g. Friday lunch, Friday evening reception, & Saturday lunch), are required to fill out the RSVP form by Friday, March 8, 2013.
Visiting presenters whose abstracts have been accepted must send their non-refundable registration fee(s) in the form of a check made payable to "William & Mary Office of Graduate Studies and Research" to the address listed here by Friday, February 22, 2013. ** We do not accept credit card payments.
