Info for All Attendees

All of the information that any attendee may need regarding their participation in the Twelfh Annual Graduate Research Symposium is located on the following pages.  Please check back regularly for updates.

All attendees, who wish to attend the catered events (e.g. Friday lunch, Friday evening reception, & Saturday lunch), are required to fill out the RSVP form by Friday, March 8, 2013.

Visiting presenters whose abstracts have been accepted must send their non-refundable registration fee(s) in the form of a check made payable to "William & Mary Office of Graduate Studies and Research" to the address listed here by Friday, February 22, 2013.  ** We do not accept credit card payments.
