Info for Presenters
All of the information that accepted presenters may need regarding their participation in the Tenth Annual Graduate Research Symposium is located on the following pages. Please check back regularly for updates.
Important Dates to Remember:
October 3, 2011 - First Call for Abstracts.
December 2, 2011 - Abstract submission deadline at 11:59 pm EST.
January 06, 2012 - Notification of abstract acceptance/rejection and First Call for Award Papers.
January 27, 2012 - Award Paper submission deadline at 11:59 pm EST.
February 24, 2012 - Deadline for group rate hotel reservations.
February 24, 2012 - Deadline for visiting presenter/guest fees.
March 23-24, 2012 - Graduate Research Symposium!

The 2012 program will be posted the first week in March.
Visiting presenters must send their non-refundable registration fee(s) in the form of a check made
payable to "William & Mary Office of Graduate Studies and Research"
to the address listed here by February 24, 2012.
