The Eleventh Annual Graduate Research Symposium (GRS) will take place on March 23 & 24, 2012 at the Sadler Center at the College of William & Mary (W&M). From I-64, take Exit 238 (VA-143) and follow signs towards Williamsburg. At the second set of stoplights, turn right onto VA-132. At the next set of stoplights turn right onto Route 60 Bypass. Follow Bypass Road to where it dead-ends at Richmond Road and turn left onto Richmond Road. Turn right at the third set of stoplights to pull into the Walter J. Zable Stadium parking lot. The Sadler Center is next to Zable Stadium. Prior to your arriving at the Sadler Center you will need to obtain a one day visitor parking pass that is available for $5.00 per day from the Parking Services office. The conference registration table will not have parking passes available this year. Parking passes are only required for Friday. With this pass, parking is available in front of Zable Stadium or anywhere else on campus with a validated visitor's parking permit. The W&M Hall lot has Pay-by-Space Kiosks that you can also pay for the appropriate time. Those presenters parked in any space designed as "reserved" without a parking pass can receive a parking ticket up to $170. There is limited free 2 hr parking available on Richmond Road and 2 hr parking meters in front of Blow Hall and Yates Lot.
Please see the following W&M Campus Maps for more information.
